Bic came out and did our assessment. Very friendly and communicated well with our appointment times and let me know that day approximately when he would be there. He seems very knowledgeable in the products he deals with and we feel very comfortable with whatever he recommends.

Christian showed up and had the issue resolved within 20 minutes. My new thermostat was programmed incorrectly and hot air was blowing even though thermostat was calling for cold air. Up and running again. Thank you App Heating!!!
